MSRP $8,699 The Kawasaki KX450 gets an all-new Showa air-fork instead of the Kayaba air fork, has a larger front brake rotor and a new piston design and revised ECU settings headlining the powertrain alterations. It has a revised Bridged Box piston design, which makes use of reinforced external ribs and shorter skirts. The programmable ECU settings for 2015 have been altered to increase traction. The system works by retarding ignition when the computer detects excessive wheelspin on the Kawasaki KFX450.
