2009 Honda Cb1000r Service Manual
I have to thank my clever and resourceful missus for this-she got it for me for a 22nd anniversary pressie. It seems that having been told by two official Honda dealers that they aren't doing a workshop manual for the 1000R and that all technical info is on computer to the dealer network that they DO produce one-the wife managed to order this through a non franchised small bike shop which specialises in training/clothing/accessories. If you want to keep you bike for a decent amount of time or do your own servicing this manual is a must-everything you could ever need to know and much more is included-all well photographed and I'm very impressed.

Seems that Honda are telling porkies-if I was less trusting I might think it's a case of dealers trying to protect their income from servicing/repairs etc. Here's the proof-the label on the plastic wrapping reads-SM CB1000R-RA 09 E below this it says 62MFN00-I think this is the part number. And it cost £36-not too bad eh?
