If this had been asked a month prior, I would have been able to provide you with a Crew Journal. Basically this book is given to every new employee during orientation and used as a checklist when validating a crew member on stations. Crew members are supposed to write in it several times a week to show their understanding of the three points of each patches mission and how they observed them being implemented in the store.
The journal is also used a a guide from start to finish present. How one has grown with notes taken during one-on-ones with the GM/AP/SM/ or KM. A patches mission is to 'Create a team of top performers who are empowered to achieve high standards. The three points are Top Performer, Empowerment, and High Standards. This is the main aspect every Gm should be striving to achieve within their crew and store. Once reached, the store is visited by Monty and/or Steve where everything is inspected, store procedure are observed during operational hours, and crew are interviewed on the store and management. If Monty/Steve are satisfied with their visit, the GM and store earns Restaurateur status.

If that GM does this with another store in addition to their first one, they earn R2. Do it with multiple stores and they earn R3. A Restaurateur is 'A GM who has created a team of Top Performers who are Empowered to achieve High Standards'. The checklist is just the tasks that one must learn and show understanding of during sign-off of each station. It is not absolute and used mainly as a guide for each store to use as the framework for their approach to training. Learn all: Tortilla, Salsa, Cash, Grill, and Prep sets an individual up to begin management training.
But really learning Grill and Prep will suffice for beginning Kitchen Manager training. Edit: These journals are not to taken home or used during nonwork hours. We had a few people join and leave a week or two later and the journals just sat. I took one and used it to study each station more in depth and on my own time. Very generic outline and not intended to be used as is.
